The first (I) pillar is that of the spirit and it is possibly one the most important pillar to habitually focus upon a on daily basis. The spiritual pillar can foster a connection at much deeper levels, in order to create more harmony, peace of mind and interconnection. Assisting in the discovery of a deeper meanings, connections and purposes in life. We maintain an open mind, body and spirit through practice of spiritual tools to increase conscious contact with source power.

Location: small pinecone-shaped gland in your brain that takes in light
Role: Abalanced crown chakra is the goal of every spiritual warrior & achieving nirvana

Balance: happiness, good health, and wisdom. conquered suffering and death.
