The ability to focus on an idea and exclude everything else and the minds ability maintain it.
The direct perception of truth, fact and is independent of any reasoning process.
The ability to retain and revive facts, events, and impressions; or to recall previous experiences.
The ability to form conclusions from facts or premises. It involves choosing or selecting these facts and using them to establish conclusions.

Take a moment (60 seconds) and stare into the center of the picture. It is recommended to begin slowly only for a few moments and increase gradually. Visualize living your life with abundance, money and wealth. Picture this in your subconscious and hold the $$$ image in your mind's eye. Do this exercise daily and note any changes in your belief systems, or thought patterns in relation to money. After a while you can include other meditate techniques with this practice to increase wealth and money consciousness.
*** For those with sensitivity to light, images and seizure's consult with your doctor, primary care physician or medical professional before using these techniques.
What is a Finger Labyrinth?
A finger labyrinth is similar to a full-sized labyrinth you would walk except it is on a much smaller and more portable scale. The user traces the path to the center using your finger rather than with their feet. There are many different kinds of labyrinths differing in size and complexity.
Finger Labyrinths are known to help children relax, feel better when they are sad or scared, deal with situations when they feel ashamed or embarrassed and help them to concentrate.
How to do a Finger Labyrinth Meditation?
1. Take deep breaths to begin to relax and focus on the entrance to the labyrinth.
2. Place your pointer finger from your non-dominate hand on the entrance of the labyrinth. If you find this too awkward at first, use your dominate hand. However, over time, keep trying your non-dominate hand. This helps keep the mind focused on the meditation due to the challenge it presents.
3. Slowly trace the pattern of the labyrinth with your finger allowing your mind to clear from extra thought and focus solely on following the path of the labyrinth.
4. Trace to the center of the labyrinth and pause momentarily, taking deep breaths observing how you are feeling.
5. Retrace your path out of the labyrinth.
6. Sit back, breathe deeply and relax. Observe how you are feeling again.
Adult coloring requires modest attention focused outside of self-awareness. According to the American Art Therapy Association, art therapy is a mental health profession in which the process of making and creating artwork is used to "explore feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem." Coloring helps to reduce anxiety, create focus and bring about more mindfulness.
