Terms of Use

Effective September 28, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to interconnectedcreations.com and the Crypto Cowboy Frontier Pass digital cards at frontier-pass-cards.jesse-strelo-0339.chatgpt.site (together, the “Sites”). The Sites are operated by Interconnected Creations, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using a Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

The Sites present creative projects, videos, art, articles, community information, and links to other services. Information about cryptocurrency, technology, business, wellness, and personal development is for general information and entertainment. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice. See our Disclaimer and Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.

We may change or remove content and features. A third-party event, platform, referral program, or other outside service may have its own terms.

Frontier Pass cards are a free promotional storytelling and contact-sharing feature. You may draw a card and share its link. A recipient may view the shared card and draw another one. Anyone with a card link may be able to view and reshare that card; a card link is not a private credential. Browser storage may remember a draw or invite on that device, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

A card and its identifier do not give the holder ownership of artwork, cryptocurrency, an NFT, a financial claim, a prize, or a promised reward. The collection and feature may change. Any future paid membership, token or referral reward, contest, or sweepstakes will have separate published rules where needed before launch.

Original artwork, writing, media, designs, and branding on the Sites are owned by Jesse Strelow, Interconnected Creations, LLC, or the applicable credited creator or rights holder. Third-party content remains with its owner. You may view the Sites, share ordinary links, and download material we expressly offer for personal use. This does not transfer ownership or permit you to republish, sell, or claim another person's work as your own. Contact us for permission to use content beyond what the Sites expressly allow.

Do not use the Sites to distribute malware or spam, infringe another person's rights, or post unlawful, threatening, or abusive content. If a Site accepts comments or other visitor submissions, you retain your rights in what you submit and give us permission to host, display, and moderate it as needed to operate that feature. Do not submit someone else's private information without authority. We may remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents honest reviews of Interconnected Creations.

The Sites may link to outside videos, social networks, stores, products, events, and referral programs. We do not control those services, and they have their own terms and privacy practices. We may receive compensation from some referral or affiliate links; where applicable, we will disclose that relationship near the relevant recommendation or link. There are no active stores or checkout features on the Sites at this time.

We aim to provide useful and accurate content, but information may change or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. We do not promise a particular business, financial, personal, or creative outcome from using the Sites. To the extent permitted by law, Interconnected Creations, LLC is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general informational content or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms and will show a revised effective date when we do. See the Privacy Policy linked in the site footer for information about personal data and browser storage. Simply visiting a Site or sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Questions about these Terms, content permissions, or copyright concerns may be sent to Cryptocowboy108@gmail.com.
