Interconnected Creations, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates interconnectedcreations.com and the Crypto Cowboy Frontier Pass digital card at frontier-pass-cards.jesse-strelo-0339.chatgpt.site (the “Sites”). This policy explains the information involved when you visit, contact us, subscribe to updates, or use a digital card.

When you contact us or use a form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. If you sign up for updates, we use the information you provide to send those updates. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through a general contact form or email.

The services that operate the Sites may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and approximate location derived from an IP address. The main website uses cookies and may load media or links from outside services. Its GoDaddy settings include a Meta Pixel, which may collect information about visits and interactions when active under the visitor's cookie choices. The main website currently has no active online store or checkout.

The Frontier Pass page randomly assigns card and invite identifiers. It stores draw and invite information in your browser's local storage to remember your card on that device. A shared card link includes the card number and an identifier. Anyone who receives the link may be able to open and share it. Clearing the page's site data in your browser removes its local record on that device, but does not retract links already shared. The card page does not currently offer an account or payment feature.

When you choose Save Contact, the card page generates a contact file on your device with Jesse Strelow's business contact details, image, and a link. Choosing Email opens your email application; sharing uses your device or browser's sharing feature. These actions do not give the card page access to a recipient's address book. Messages you send are handled by the service you choose to use.

We use information to respond to you, provide the features you request, send updates you sign up for, operate and secure the Sites, and understand or improve their performance. We may use the Meta Pixel to understand activity related to our Facebook or Instagram promotions when it is active. We do not treat a card identifier as proof of identity, ownership, payment, or entitlement to a reward. Any future membership, referral reward, or store feature will require an update to this policy before launch.

The main website presents a cookie choice with Decline and Accept & Close. You can also control cookies and site data through your browser settings. Some site features may work differently if you block or clear them. The Frontier Pass page uses browser local storage as described above. Cookies, pixels, and embedded content from outside services may be governed by those services' own notices. We will update this section when we add or remove tracking tools.

GoDaddy supports the main website. The Frontier Pass page is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Other providers may handle email, forms, embedded video, social links, or measurement where those features are used. They process information in connection with those services. If you follow a link to another website or use a social, email, or messaging service, that provider's privacy terms apply to its service.

We may disclose information when needed to deliver a service you requested, comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or handle a business transfer. We do not operate an active checkout on the Sites. If a store is added, we will identify its payment and fulfillment providers before it launches.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide subscriptions and site features, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. A Frontier Pass local-storage entry remains on your device until you or your browser clear it; the current card page does not set its own expiration. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

You can use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact us to stop those updates. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold, or exercise other privacy choices. We may need to verify a request before responding.
